Teyuna Snippets Part I

What is thinking? Can you resist the urge to search for an answer? Would you be willing to close your eyes for a moment and just stop? Just stop, and allow a pause in the movement of thought? Would you be willing to honestly and courageously answer that you don’t know? If so, you may hear the ears of the heart whisper the answer.

One of the meanings of Teyuna is “thinker of clear thoughts”. In order to think clearly you must first go to the origin of thought, which means thinking must come to an end. You must travel to the space that exists, that has existed, that will always exist. You must travel to the space before thought.

Today is winter solstice in the northern hemisphere and summer solstice in the southern hemisphere. It’s the shortest or longest day of the year depending on where you are in the world, but wherever you are in the world the moon was just shy of full today. A full moon symbolizes abundance. The qualities of this particular moon ask you to consider how you value yourself, others, things and experiences.

We at the Teyuna Foundation value you. Without you, we wouldn’t and couldn’t exist.

Thank you for being you.
